This past week alone he has been fighting through a collapsed lung, a hole in his stomach where his feeding tube went bad, having to have a maching push pressure up his nose day after day, withdrawals from drugs he was on and constant pricking and prodding.
Through all of that, Kian continues to fight. He continues to be himself and give the nurses a hard time when they mess with him. He has even smiled at us a handful of times!
We know Kian has a long way to go still, but because of the strength God keeps giving him, we know he will do great! It is the hardest thing we have ever done to watch him in pain. But that pales in comparison to what he is going through. We will be here by his side every step of the way!
You two are amazing for staying so strong through all of this and Kian is my hero too for fighting so hard each day! I love how God loves you and your family!!

I love the photos! Keep posting them, it makes my heart happy to see Kian. I really think his personality comes through! Prayer works! And God is faithful.
