Hospital

Kian was admitted to the hospital yesterday because he has some type of viral infection.  He was working too hard to breathe and had a terrible cough so we knew something was up.  Today he seems a little better and we hope that by tomorrow he is off oxygen and ready to go home.  Thankfully we were able to stay at NCH instead of having to go to Miami.  This way Zach can see us every day as he keeps up with school and work. 

So the plan is to rest, get fluids, get a lot of respiratory help and hope that Kian kicks this virus' butt like he has with so many other things.  If all that happens, we get to go home!  If he gets worse, he will be flown to Miami.  So please pray that he continues to improve!  Thank you!

I did take some pictures of Kian since we have been at the hospital.  I'll post them soon.  No, we don't like being here and part of me doesn't even want to take pics of him here.  But this is part of his amazing journey-so we take pictures and video all of it.  When Kian is older we will be able to show him what an amazing fighter he is and all that he has conquered!
